1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to NYROBE®, operated by NYROBEONKA LLC (“NYROBEONKA,” “NYROBE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

All NYROBE‑branded websites, platforms, and services
All software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) applications developed, deployed, or operated by NYROBEONKA LLC
All applications, tools, and platforms developed or deployed through our joint venture BEON Tech (“BEON”)
Any related APIs, mobile applications, integrations, dashboards, or digital services (collectively, the “Services”)
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility

Community, business, or economic‑empowerment technologies
Applications built, licensed, or deployed through BEON Tech

4. Accounts & User Responsibilities
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization
Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the Services or software
Interfere with system integrity, performance, or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, code, and materials related to the Services are owned by or licensed to NYROBEONKA LLC and/or BEON Tech and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose only.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
7. User Content & Data
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit (“User Content”). By using the Services, you grant NYROBEONKA and BEON a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content.
8. Data, Privacy & Security
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Certain Services may require payment, subscriptions, or usage‑based fees. All fees are:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NYROBEONKA LLC, BEON TECH, AND THEIR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NYROBEONKA LLC, BEON Tech, and their officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for business, security, or legal reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
